Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Booking fees, processing fees, or convenience charges.

  • Last-minute bookings (bookings made less than 48 hours prior to service).

  • Promotional packages or discounted deals.

Partial Refunds

  • In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued. This applies to situations such as partial cancellations or changes in itinerary.

  • Any administrative fees or cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Force Majeure

  • Refunds are not applicable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods).

  • Acts of government or political unrest.

  • Travel restrictions due to pandemics or epidemics.

Payment Method for Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

  • For payments made via credit/debit cards or online banking, the refund timeline depends on your bank or payment processor.

BagPackerMe reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and will apply to bookings made after the policy update.
